I've always been a fan of the hottest hot sauces, but I wasn't a big a fan of Datil pepper sauce until I tried Hamilton Heat. I love to cook with this stuff. Definitely recommend!

One of the perfect sauces that will allow you to amaze family and friends. It is a true “taste of St. Augustine”. This has become a staple in our house as it has the sweet heat that perfectly represents the Datil pepper. I love HH with so many different preparations, but last night I used it to marinate and blacken chicken to serve atop a cilantro couscous with fresh spinach. Must have!!!!!!!

Its not possible for you to understand how excited I was when I found out this was a thing. I ordered a case so I could spread that datil goodness with my hawaii friends and the reviews were unanimous. Hamilton Heat is an incredible sauce with insane flavor and the perfect amount of spice. It gave me that taste of home halfway across the world. 10/10 will order a lot more.
